Default Information please!

I would like info on the weeping fig,
Its 16 mts high and semi mature.
What is height, expanse of branches and roots of a mature tree?
Do they cause damage to sewage pipes and what type of damage?
Are they a protected species in Australia?

Default Re: Information please!

Likely a ficus benjamina

Likely to grow 25m high and 25m wide

Large expanding roots system, aggressive, opportunistic and considered invasive.... often many surface roots.

Roots will travel well beyond the drip line of the tree.

Trees are protected at local govt level, here's a link to a thread which should have info on yours.
