Can you help me identify this tree, not the one in the front the large one behind it with the needles.

I agree with BlackMoses -- looks like a Pine tree, but without closeups of the needles, and bark and cones, can't say any better than that.

If it is the one directly behind the front tree that could be casuarina, the one next to the house is not the one I am talking about.

Well, in my opinion and experience with pine trees, there is one that tends to grow these large limbs, fairly close to the ground if left alone,

this is the Stone Pine, look in here stone pine tree - Google Search

Does it look similar to yours, cones, needles, bark, etc...???

I think i agree with Eric,, something about the structure is saying She-Oak to me.. ( but it is hard with this pic)
