ID this tree

Does any one know what this tree is? The tree is growing in a resident’s front yard in Totara Street at Narangba. I would say that it was probably planted but its not a common tree round here. I thought it might be a ‘native willow’ Pittosporum phillyreoides but the flowers don't seem right. Any thoughts?

For some odd reason I have seen this before.

Good looking tree actually, but no clue to what it is.

Is it maybe a variety of Eucalyptus?

i think its a tallacalyptas. they seem to grow taller than there sister tree , the shortacalyptas.
