Question How to successfuly germinate tree seed?

Hi I don't know much about trees. But I would like to start one from seed, a kit I saw at the store.

Anyone knows how easy it is to actually make those seeds germinate?

- Magnolia Tree

- Lilac Tree

- Japanese Maple tree

Any information is appreciated!! Thanks
