One of the oak trees on our property has not looked good since we bought the land a year and a half ago. It doesn't seem to grow leaves on the ends of the branches. We have been in a drought for a few years but the other trees do not seem to be affected. Upon closer examination I noticed many holes in the trunk (about 1/4 inch in diameter) and wondered if that could be part of the problem. This tree is in Texas USA southeast of Houston. I appreciate any info I could get. Mary |
