Exclamation Help! The only tree on my property may be sick and I love her!

Please help....I just discovered today that my Maple has some kind of rot or insect boring damage to its bark. A whole long and thin section of the bark is soft and I could easily peel it off (I won't)......

It also has greenish looking algae on it for the last couple of years.

I have pics, but can't post them from my smart phone.

please email me at: xxxxxxxx and I can forward them to you.

please help! I love this one and only tree

Follow instructions and rules. They were in both your Welcome PM and email.

No-one will unless you follow the rules, resize and load them up here ..... very basic and simple. This is now the 2nd time you have been told.

It is a forum where people view and assist voluntarily.
