Hello, I recently (two days ago) had a silver maple transplanted. The tree mover used an 80" tree spade to move it. My boss also had one moved at the same time from the same location. Mine is about 25' tall with a 7" dia. trunk. His is about 20' tall with a 8" dia trunk. The majority of leaves on mine are shriveled and really dont look too good, but his on the other hand doesn't look that bad. Will my tree make it? Is there anything I can be doing to help it? I know now isnt the best time to try to move a tree, but it was now or never. Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again Oh ya, Im in southwest Kansas. I will go out and try to get some pictures tonight.
