Hi I am looking for a tree which I saw in Thailand. Its leaves look like banana leaves and its trunk look like a fan. It was grown on the coast areas of Thailand ie Pattaya, Hua Hin or Chonburi provinces. I would like to know the science name and common name of it. Also I was wondering if I could grow it in Sydney, Australia and where I can buy it. Hope someone can help me. thank you very much.
