Default Golden Rain Tree...?

Hi,

I have a tree in my front yard, well it's actually in the neighbour's yard but it hangs over our fence, and it has Yellow flowers that hang down in a similar way to a bunch of grapes. I was just wondering what sort of tree this is because it grows long seed pods that grow green, turn brown and drop on the ground. My worry about this is that my dogs absolutely LOVE to eat them - every single one that drops in the yard.

Are they poisonous? I wouldn't think a dog would eat such a thing!? They aren't puppies so they're not teething. They're actually eating them and thoroughly enjoying them.

Any Ideas?

Thanks!

We'd really love to help you identify your tree. It sounds great, but we really do need some pics of it as there are a few trees kinda like that. Could you please post some pics of the leaves, the pods if available possibly against your hand or a ruler to show scale, and also the bark of the tree if you could.

Looking forward to seeing your pics!
