I've planted the poinciana trees in the front yard and was thinking to plant 2 wattle trees as well. How far away from the poinciana trees would it be safe to plant them? It will take awhile for the poinciana's to get to a reasonable height I guess. How much would the poinciana's grow per year does anyone know? Shall I fertilize them now or wait till they look as though they're going to be alright. Thanks guys. |

The poincianas will grow precisley 1537mm a year up and 261mm out. The wattles need to be planted exactly 11.258m away for maximum performance. ...... you know what they say about asking stupid questions.

Ok. Thank you for that info. I'm not sure which question I asked was the stupid one but thanks. You have a nice day too Jayd. And stay away from those cyber butts. They will get you into trouble. |

Thanks GMC. I didn't know that, I actually thought grevilleas were tougher than what they really seem to be, being natives. But maybe the conditions just aren't right where they are. I'd like any new trees I put down to be correct from the start and save any drama's later on. |

| lol! you do not have the market cornered in facetiousness. I knew immediately those numerals were not a measurement of any sort, and guessed probably a clause pertaining to something. I didn't know what it pertained to at the time, but I do know now. ![]() I was thanking you for your time and effort only, not for the mis-information. ![]() Cheers. |
