Hello, EkKa, I'm not sure if you got my post from yesterday (i'm not very computer savvy). I'll restate my problem and I hope you all can help. I have several large, mature trees that are a cause of concern--they are losing foliage, have many dead, empty limbs and have fungus or mildew on the bark. Some are 30-50ft tall and I would hate to lose these trees. 1) Does this sound like any particular disease? 2) Can these trees be treated and saved? 3) I live in Duncanville, TX--is there any program with the USDA or any other service that provides support for the preservation of residential trees? Please help! |

Pictures would help. The Texas Forest Service can send someone out for free to look over the trees - but it may take a while to set up an appointment. The best company in your area is Arborlogical Services in Wylie. Give them a call. |
