Did I plant the tree too close?

last year I planted a Green Vase Zelkova about 15 ft. from my house, the intention was to provide shade when it matures. Now I am wondering if I should risk trying to replant it because of possible foundation issues in the future? Thanks!

If it grows 70' to 80' tall and 50' to 60' spread I'd say yes.

Then again you could put down root barrier.

I just checked it out on google, it can reach 70' in height with a spread of 35' to 40' and it's a fast grower.
