Default Chinquapin Oak Concern

Hi i live in Austin, TX and had this oak planted last October. It was 65 gallon about 14 feet high and looked very healthy. Was planted by the Tree farm I purchased at along with 7 other trees that all appear fine. It has had leaves about 4 weeks and all looked perfect with them until I walk about this morning. About 1/3 of tree, mostly on one side all have darkened and some damaged/chewed leaves/spots forming. Any ideas what may be causing this?

Observe the tree for leaf eating insects,if you see one collect it,your county agent will id it for you. After that, the tree can be sprayed for the insect in question.

Here's the picture embedded.

The black spots are fungal, likely the leaf is permanently affected but being fungal it can spread. Here there's many sprays including aerosol cans of it that you can use. Looks similar to the black spot roses get here.

I swear by this product here as it controls both mites/insects and fungal blacks pot etc.
