Chemical control question for a tree....

I have 2 regular weepinfg willows in my backyard..... Both about 3 years old --- located in st. louis mo...... I've noticed recently a lot of small black spots just on the leaves... and some leaves turning yellow ---- then they fall off....
My local plant store said it is more then likely a fugal problem and that I could spray the tree and surrounding area to help contol the leaf spotting.....
They recommended 2 products:

1.) Infuse by bonide: active ingredient = 1.55% propiconazole
2.) Captan by bonide: active ingredient =49% Captan

Will either of these help me solve my problem?

There's a lot of fungicides ... and a dang lot of fungi!

Any chance of some pictures, inc close ups?

Is there any white specks around?

The leaves that turn yellow, do any not have black spots? If so then perhaps the yellowing and the black spots are two different issues.
