can you save a weak small olive tree?
It stopped growing 4-5 months ago, very few leaves on the branches....very small and short tree (about 3 feet tall)...
Is there any fertilizer and/or medicine ideal for small olive trees...
Please advise and save my tree...(I have problems uploading pictures)...

It is often not worth trying to save a bad specimen- sometimes a plant is doomed right from the start usually due to bad practice in a nursery, but like all organisms, some are just plain inferior- usually better just to replace a sick plant with a healthy specimen - it can take years for a plant to recover- if ever,, if you really want to keep that plant , find out why it is sick ,, but a good general feed couldn,t hurt. good luck with it.

If your tree is less than a year old, and bought from a nursery, take it back and tell them to replace it for you. Although, 4 months ago was early November -- would you have had freezing temperatures? Is this an indoor plant -- could it merely be dormant for the winter?
