Unhappy Can my pine trees be saved????

Friday night a very large tree fell and took out the tops of three very tall Christmas tree shaped short-needle pine trees. One of the tops is still barely hanging on with the bark stripped about two foot down one side. Bark is missing here and there on other parts of the trees. Some branches have been completely broken off at the trunk, others partially broke at the trunk and hanging down. The tree that fell, nearly took out one pine completely, but strangely enough, it fell so that exactly were it went out into a V was right at the trunk of the pine. The limbs of the fallen tree crushed down the pine on each side of the V.

It took us all day Saturday just to get the fallen tree off the pines. Some of the branches of the pines sprung back up, but many are broken at the trunk.

Now instead of nicely shapped trees, the top branches are as wide as the bottom. They are all still very tall, as they were huge trees.

Will these trees live? If so, what do I need to do to save them? Will I be able to trim them back to proper shape? If I can trim them, when? What will happen with the branches partially broken at the trunk?

Help!!!

Branches at severed at trunk will either die or constantly be struugling. Prune to proper shape is upto you but not advised. They will not resprout from brown wood. Think your trees will live on... Any photos?

That pit really doesn't help as we can't see the tops of the trees in question.
