It looks like a variety of Juniper. Does the foliage have smooth tips, or are a number of tips pointy? As Eric's referral pointed out, there are a large variety of Junipers.

they look like incense cedars to me calocedrus decurrens, look closely @ the foliage, it should have a scale like texture & be aromatic, the darker green ones could be western red cedars (thuja plicata) but we need closer pics of the foliage to tell, the way you can tell the dif is the reds wont be as fragrant, they'll all make a pretty decent hedge though
