Hey Guys, Need a hand with this one. Im Stuck out the back of Bourke and dont have any texts with me. Im not sure on the species names and buggerd if i can find it on the net. Can anyone pick it? Muchly appreciated if yas can help. Its at the base of Termite nest/damage in a E. sideroxylon.

Hard from that pic, is it a termite? Are those black bands on it?

Yeah thatsmy bad. Had to massively down size it, was over 3k kb. Yeah i think it is and yes it does.. Kind of in a black diamond shape on its back with the points wrapping around the neck and back end.

Another thing that you could do to improved the creature image is, if you have the original pic and has plenty of MB's that mean that you have good detail so, instead of reducing the whole pic to fit within the pic size require for the forum, simply "crop" the creature image and you will find that it may just be the right size, if not, you still can adjust the image size but, the image will be focussing on the creature and not so much on its surroundings...!
