Default Bag worm damage to Blue Spruce

I have three very larg blue spruce (over 30' tall), which have been damaged by Bag Worms. TruGreen has been treating them, and appears to have stopped the damage.

My question is what do I need to do to restore trees to healthy state?

Thanks in advance
