Default Tracked chippers - QLD

Hi all Im an arborist from the UK doing some tree work & bush regen' over here north of Brisbane.
Im looking at moving here & want to know whats my options for tracked chippers? Ive contacted Vermeer & theyve offered a BC1400tx which looks hell of a machine but they only have new ones & none of them are in the country.
I use Timberwolf back home & they are fantastic but not available in Aus & if I bought one over servicing would be a pain.
Any idea chaps?

I hate to think what they want for a new BC1400TX in Aust, but i know of one in the US with 800 hours for $50,000.

I were searching for a tracked chipper a little while back.

Vermeer want $135,000 aus + GST 10% & 4-6week lead time as there are none in Australia currently.
It looks a 14" beast! Realistically too big for what I want & can afford though.

Ive had experience with greenmech working on network rail a few years back & the random breakdowns, I also had new style one while my timberwolf was in for its annual refit & I was less than impressed -big feed but clunky & poor quality chip even with sharp blades.

Ive never heard of Morbark before, but Ill check them out many thanks.

I could do with a tester; in fact Ive some privet next week to chip? Ill call you cheers Joe
