Well I dropped my faithfull 222 Stump grinder off today for an exspensive overhaul. The 20 horse kohler motor is shagged so I upgraded to a 27 horse vanguard motor. Will be away for a week doing so courses so I carn't wait to see it when I get home.

i just did the same, my carlton sp4012 had a 27hp kohler, very week and slow. upgraded to a 40hp kohler. it took a little work but i got it on. now it is a man, by the way i also added a ride on seat and i can drive it forward and backward with my feet! now all i need is a umbrella holder! i bought it because it fits in my enclosed trailer with my spider lift 15gt and my kanga kid 216 on tracks. i have everything in one enclosed trailer. by the way i also changed my 13hp honda on my spider lift to a 20hp honda. now i can turn in circles like batman did in the batcave!! good luck!! |
