Yeah it would be nice to know what the cause was to avoid a potentially lethal accident happening to somebody else. You could always PM concerned onlookers |

I should have a talk with the Morbark guys, our depot is right next to their Victorian branch. They seem to be pretty solid machines, before I joined the company they used to get to test the new machines as they came in.

Hey Bernard, Just wondering if the bolts may have been over torqued or loose? I've sheared some bolts before and material worked it's way into the knife pocket. After the bolts sheared I started checking them more often. Good to hear that no one was injured. Brent |
