This truck would be totally unrecognizable from when I bought it a few years ago. It was white and totally rusted including the boom. The doors were both caved in from hitting the mirrors into objects. The front bumper was caved in, which I had straightened and added the fittings right on bumper at frame for manual outriggers (kept behind seat) that attach and jack up to give stability when needed. The doors were straightened and as I do on all my trucks, I had a plate welded over the bent area and threaded mounts for the mirrors so I can remove them if it gets tight.

It is real expensive to get a truck painted around here OSB and a high quality paint job doesn't last long in the tree business. It is hard to find a time to spray without worrying about drift of spray getting into people etc., or if you have a day off often it is often raining and you cannot paint then or it bubbles up. .

make sure when you adjust the knife bed, tighten everything down really well. we had a guy not tighten anything and the bed came off, sheared off all the knifes, and blew the shroud apart.
came within probably 4" of taking my head off, and blew the shattered teeth like 8' into our chips... scary.

Default Kohler Service Kit

We worked with EPG (Kohler AU Distributor) to offer this service pack and it is an option for Kohler 18-30hp Command / Command Pro OHV V-twin operators. All service parts are OEM. This particular kit build suits engines with our spec and heavy duty air cleaner system.

Kit contains:

2 x 1l Engine Oil
1 x Outer Air Element
1 x Inner Air Element
1 x Oil Filter
1 x Fuel Filter
2 x Spark Plugs

Currently in the process of setting up other kits for additional engines used on our equipment - eg Kubota, Briggs & Stratton, John Deere, Deutz - makes life a lot simpler on the service side of things.

We are still testing the Sy-Klone pre cleaner unit on the SMB2750 grinder. Will keep ya posted!

Anyone know what the anvil/knife clearance is on a Bandit 95? I need to adjust mine and I cannot find that information anywhere.

I called Bandit and they gave me the clearance; its a little less than 1/16th of an inch. Mine was set at about 1/8th of an inch. Now re-adjusted.
