| A subby climber who did some work for me years ago was building one like this. His ideal chipper. A 6" hyd fed drum chipper on tracks. He only did big stuff up in the hills. drive it in near the tree, chipp the small stuff, firewood the rest. Move it around on a trailer the rest of the time, and for coventional jobs it stays on and is used just like regular chipper. The one in the link looks like a cool little jigger, wonder what it'll go for. alopa you could prolly use this out your way in same sorta way. |
