Hi All , I'm looking at buying a drum in the near future , just wanting your thought's on which drum to go with the GCRS or the standard friction drum. |

your kidding right haha welcome fozzy, grcs because it also comes with a bollard that you can connect to make it almost like a standard drum...and you can pack it full of ice to keep it cool when rigging with lots of friction. althought its more expensive that the hobbs and the like the harken makes it a breeze having one of these changed the way we rigg i would definetly recommend it and im sure theres plenty of other guys with them also that would say the same thing... cheers cole |
