My first post. I have been a frequent reader here but have only recently joined. Thank you to those who share their industry knowledge on here, there is much to be gained from reading your posts, newbies and oldies alike. I am unable to find in my searches, using various keywords, professional quality arborist suppliers in the Geelong (Vic) area; ditto with the Yellow Pages. There are numerous chainsaw & other power equipment dealers around but I am unable to find suppliers of quality non-powered equipment eg. PPE, pruning tools & climbing gear. I am aware of the larger Melbourne supplier but I am trying to avoid a 90 minute one way trip to see before I buy. Thank you. |

Hi osmosis, There isn't anyone im aware of even remotely your side of town. If you're familiar with the items you want, there's no problem sending you stuff. But i get that with new things some times people need to touch n feel it first. If you have questions on gear feel free to email or call me. For basic, non-arb specific PPE you should be able to find a safety shop/industrial supplies store out there though. |
