SRT advice?

Default SRT advice?

i need some tips on adjusting a simple SRT treefrog set up. im using a right hand ascender with foot loop, rightfoot pantin, and a hitch in the middle. how long should the foot loop be?

i usually use right hand/left foot.
loop siz i prefer loose fitting to the boot (again maybe not the norm) and legth is all dependant on your body proportions, too short = too uncomfortable, too long = not effective. Just try a few variations.

is there a general rule of thumb for sling lengths to your handled ascender?
