I have a question reguarding the use of a kong twin ascender? Can it be used with one foot ascender or will I need 2 ? I just bought/lucked into a brand new kong twin at a steal price and could not pass it up.

I'd say two. There would be 2 parts of rope coming down right. And the dual ascender would be the higher one you push up the rope with your hands right. So if only 1 part of rope has a foot ascender when you push up the rope would want to come down on the part the foot ascender is on, that would happen or it would engage the cam on the the other part of rope that runs through Kong. When people footlock a dual rope with a dual ascender they clamp both parts of rope with their feet. Ever seen the Mar Bar set up?
