Default How do you like to buy your rope?

Hey all,

I'm looking for some feedback to finalise how we put together the new TREEGEAR online store.

Do you like to buy your climbing rope....

by the meter/foot?

or....

in pre-cut lengths?

And if in lengths....what range of standard lengths would you like to have the option of?

The new site will go live in a couple of weeks, here's your chance to tell us what you want.

WEll Trev, I'm not likely to buy from you -- I think shipping would be prohibitive - but I like to buy rope as a set length --the last climbing and lowering rope were each 170 ft, but if I was doing bigger trees as some of Australia's seem to be, I would probably want to buy a reel (600 ft) and cut the length I thought best and have some left over. It would probably be more economical as a reel on a $/ft basis. Hope that helps.

I always buy climbing rope in 600' spools. With eight climbers, it is more economical. 5/8th bull-rope the same. 3/4 bull-rope by the foot.

Set lengths for climbing rope with the option of spliced eye and by the meter for bull rope.
