Default Chainsaw pants

Hi all I am after some chainsaw pants, not chaps, that are 100% cotton cover and preferably fire retardant. For use in an electrical environment.

Stihl do them, custom order job through your local dealer (think they refer to them as government agency issue), Proban, made in good old NZ, roughly 350scheckles and a month or so wait. I can vouch for the quality and fit. (when you measure it pays to put a little extra on your leg as you can always take em up a bit).

Regards

Tony

ill let you know how they go when we get them in, probily wont be for a week of so though.

Is that to go with your 100% cotton and fibreglass harness? thats one that gets me 100% cotton shirt sleeves down so when we catch on fire it doesn't burn through us but our harnesses are fully synthetic fibres covered in alloy lol.

I am required to wear them under some work place safety directives. The bulk of my work is on the ground so for the most part no harness implications. Plus, I don't plan on getting that close to test em out anyway.

Cheers
