Default Buckingham ergovation harness coming unstuck

I have been using the ergovation harness for just over a month now & the velcro is not sticking anymore. The main piece of webbing sewn to the D-rings & front buckle is attached to the waist padding with velcro & quick snaps (SEE ATTATCHMENT). The quick snaps wont stay together anymore & the velcro has stopped sticking together. So now the webbing of the harness just flaps around either above or below the d-ring. i have tried cleaning the velcro a few times now but that didnt help. Buckingham have not responded to my emails. :-(

Does anyone else have the same issue??

Know a good way to fix it?

Cheers

Dave

I think for our job velcro like on the Stihl pants leg pocket flap is a stupid idea. Of course with sawdust etc it soon starts to lose it's grip.

I get pocket full of sawdust now, a button or stud would have been better.

I have been using mine a year. Great saddle especially for takedowns. I use shop air and blowgun to clean velcro and that has worked great

mine moves a little but doesnt come all the way because of the little snap loops that are on it- or at least should be on it- yours appear to be missing
