Beaker I use Spark for climbing and find it suits me just fine. I have had it for 2 years and wouldn't fault it. Mind you, I have climbed for only four years and the alternative rope I could use, Poison Hi-vy is too slippery on the hands for my liking. I like a rope you can grab onto bare handed and Spark has always been good, possibly better as the outer ages a touch. My rope hasn't lost shape and the color is super handy for the groundies to watch out for. It is noticeably stiffer than the Hi-vy and I also like this trait as it is easier to control when throwing an end about in a tree. No disrespect meant to other climbing ropes i've no experience with, but I would be happy in buying another length when i retire this one. And no I don't sell or market them. maybe see you in NZ for the Rugby world cup, I'll be waving on the other side of the grandstand in the final as the All Blacks show the Wallabies the way rugby should be played.
