NSW Tree Dispute Law

On 2 February 2007, the Trees (Disputes Between Neighbours) Act 2006 (the Trees Act) came into effect. The Trees Act was reviewed in 2009 and amended by the Trees (Dispute Between Neighbours) Amendment Act 2010.
