Default Kiama NSW Australia

Kiama council's preservation orders have a few variances depending on zones you are.

In general they run a 3m height rule, 200mm dia rule at 1m above ground and an unusual branch span of 3m or more regardless of height. Bit wierd that one, maybe they like espaliers or something.

General exclusions on ... any domestic fruit tree, coral tree, rhus tree, privet tree and loquat tree.
