| Well the Tree Preservation Orders of the area's A - One Tree's service, follow in the guidelines of the one written by the Hawkesbury County Council. There are 14 trees that are exempt from the TPO's and do not need permission for removal, prune, transplant or to become a habitat tree - they are found in the TPO pdf file. The area's mentioned are: Blacktown City Council Baulkham Hills Shire Council Hawkesbury County Council Below I have the application forms for BCC and BHSC to apply for removal, prune or transplant.
