Default Gosford NSW Australia

Gosford City Council Tree Preservation Laws are pretty tight.

Pretty much anything over 3m tall is protected (unless on schedule 2 weed list) and species on schedule 1 are protected regardless of height.

There appears to be a general exclusuion on anything within 3m of an approved building.
