Default Gold Coast City Council Tree Protection Laws

Details are here, generally if the tree exceeds 0.4m DBH (Diameter at 1.3m above ground level) it is protected, however do check as there's other rules pertaining to rural and remnant vegetation including dead trees (habitat value).
