|  Code of Practice: Amentity Tree Industry 1998 - NSW, Australia Hey, was over at the Chipper thread and thought to myself: Isn't the Code of Practice (for NSW I Guess) in here? Well it turns out it isn't. Be aware, that if Work Cover shows up for an audit and you don't have a copy of this at the jobsite - you're gunna get fried.

My teachers keep refferring to it and it sure sounds like they are CLAMPING down on EVERYTHING. Not hard to amend to for us qualified professionals, but alot to the average hack.

Workcover are interested in records ... and proof of active assessment of safe working procedures and equipment checks ... and risk assessments are completed.
