I find with the trees here in florida, that I need to judge the distance, then lay out the line, then put my foot on the line to prevent it from over shooting too far. This is urban territory and over shooting can land it right in the neigbors yard, breaking stuff. I've broken screens, pottery, ect. And they make one h%#l of a noise when they hit the neigbors roof.
