Definately notify the council. I'll find i pic i have of a large platanus street tree down here that i suspect got poisoned by the homeowner. It the got lopped back and a big sign fixed to it warning tree vandals will be fined up to $10,000 & left as an ugly reminder to them. I'm sure they thought it would get removed once it died! |
