your right, mains roads and prsc do look after different bits. The prsc tree maintenance division is responsible for the up keep of the leopard trees. i'd start with prsc and if it's not them then they'll direct you elsewhere. I'm on the inside and abit hesitant to hassle the hirachy too much. |
