My co-worker just took the test and said there were about 30 questions he never saw anything about in the study guide. Like Mulching. Overall I'm not too worried.
I'm in the foothills near Fresno. But I'm taking the test in Chico, similar tree species list. Fresno isn't my first choice, but on a clear day I can see my mountains. And I get to work in my mountains every once in a while.
