Its important to me because my business is marketed to my clients as having Qualified Arborists and for this particular position in my business it is essential. My current structure requires this candidate to be
- A Qualified Arborist
- Who is an above average Tree Climber
- With an abilty to "lead" the crew they work with towards achieving outstanding results for our clients, the team and the company.
I would happily have 3 seperate people cover those 3 separate roles but dont have $150,000 budgeted to do so.
Thr
right candidate will easily be able to do all of the above.
I understand there are qualifed arbs that are poor performers and self taught tree workers that are awesome. I'm after the awesome qualified guy/gal.
