Why is it so important to have these qualifications? Are you saying that these people are the only ones with the ability to run a crew and know the do's and don'ts of the arbor industry? I question this as I am a certificate III but however the guy I work under has no formal qualifications and is more than capable of running a crew and I would never question his capabilities. |
