I will try and get some pictures but I am not in Spain again until August. The tree has had several branches ripped off (by builders and severe gales). The building work has now finished so not sure what other damage they did or what crap they ditched near the tree.

I do know that these trees are supposed to be pruned in October time and that this has not happened over the last couple of years.
