Mine cost ?40 so 3 ozzy dollars to the uk pound that would be around $120 ozzy dollars!! which seems a lot.

I've used mine for 3 years, it's a great tool for highlighting structural weaknesses, fungal brackets, branches to be pruned off, cracks, dead bark, discoloured leaves, dieback etc when talking to customers.

When dealing with your crew you can point out all the above plus good anchor points for climbing and rigging, attachment points for lowering branches etc.

I think you buy them much cheaper these days maybe ?20

I'd recommend them to anyone, just dont point them in your clients eye.
