They do not have those around here. If a tree falls on you house or yard even during a Storm, that is your problem how to clean up the mess and work it out with your private homeowners Insurance. You have to cut it your self or call the local Tree Care Company to get it done. No Freebies here.

Oldtimer here is the link to the SES of NSW. They're exactly what you said. An emergency response team.
We've done numerous amounts of prune jobs and did corrective pruning - where the SES has come in and made the tree "safe", yeah right.
