I put this link up not because I'm a disciple of this guys nor because I think he's nuts, if you have the time read his site (sober) and then let it bash around in your head for a few days, chase up other info on the same subject. The old guy isn't nuts IMO he's on to something here, he's got financial backing and hopefully if he doesn't cark it he may even get some govt support to run a little test rig.
