I quit watching it but occassionally I'll watch a few minutes if I can stand it.
The town of one of the foremen had a huge storm and the guy decided to clear the road to town as it was blocked.

You could he was cutting and hoping for the best results (not getting hurt) kind of like a homeowner does. He got away with it but when you cut and hope you WILL get hurt sooner or later.
