This was a Liquidambar styraciflua we knocked down today.
This is one of our more higher profiled residual clients. The roots were doing extensive foundation damage; When they were replacing the toilet with the plumping the found 2 inch round roots in there soaking up the water.

That's my set up at the bottom of the tree hung up for lunch, to the right of the tree that house is on the Heritage list. The small gap between the house and tree was probably about 2-3 metres wide.
Aint' that a beaut' of trim job? Just joking that was one of the last photos of me chunking down the far co-dominent stem.
Behind the camera was my father, he was handling the lowering rope for me and doing a great job while at it (Now i'm going to give him a big head

: )
Enjoy and there's many more to come!
